"I wanted to go up into the loft on the top floor flat of a large Victorian house. Thanks to Steve's planning and project lead, I now have a stunning, designer penthouse with a split-level kitchen, dining, living space. Steve was able to look at a chaotic loft space and picture what it could be. He made the inspired design of dropping the ceiling height in the communal hall below which extended my loft space and created a sofa area that is three steps down from my kitchen diner. This has given me a unique living space that is stylish, spacious, light and practical. Steve brings an invaluable mix of a real architectural vision with a practical understanding of how building projects work. Once the plans were done, Steve stayed with the project to ensure that building regulations went through and the work was done to a standard that matched the vision.
